Accounting firm Rosenfield and Company, PLLC has promoted Firm Leader of the Tax Services Team, Dama Hergner, CPA, and Firm Leader of the Attest Services Team, Bernadette Jennings, CPA, ACA, to Partners at the firm as of June 1st, 2021. The advancements take place as the firm celebrates their 25-year anniversary.

Dama celebrated her fifteenth work anniversary at Rosenfield and Company early this year. Since her start, she has had a truly unique perspective on the growth the firm has had. From primarily serving the automotive industry, to the depth of Rosenfield and Company’s expansion, to now serve clients in the industries of transportation, manufacturing, book publishing and other sectors such as high net worth individuals. Dama is focused on providing the firm’s clients with personalized attention while tapping into her various resources such as the firm’s RSM Alliance relationship. She is driven to stay on top of industry standards and solutions for the firm’s clients. In 2017, Dama was promoted to Firm Leader of the firm’s Tax Services Team.

As an Irish native, Bernadette earned her bachelor’s degree in Finance from Queen’s University Belfast and obtained a Chartered Accountant license from Chartered Accountants Ireland. She has been providing attestation services since beginning her career in public accounting and after relocating to the United States in 2013. Bernadette rapidly joined Rosenfield and Company and obtained her membership in the Association of Chartered Accountants in the U.S. and AICPA. She manages specialized complex audit assignments of businesses up to $2.2 billion in revenues, as well as review compilations and internal control reviews across multiple industry sectors. She actively assists with coaching and developing team members and prides herself on providing personalized, professional service to all firm clients. Bernadette became Firm Leader of the Attestation Services Team in 2019.
