January 7, 2021– Accounting firm Rosenfield and Company, PLLC has expanded its Tax, Attest, and Consulting practice to include their newest credentialed team members with Rachel Lindvig, CPA, MSA, Andreas Petrou, CPA and Kevin McElroy, MBA, CPA/ABV, ASA. As of October 2020, Rachel Lindvig, CPA, MSA has joined Rosenfield team in their Orlando office. Andreas Petrou, CPA and Kevin McElroy, MBA, CPA/ABV, ASA officially began in November 2020 and will be working out of the Greater New York offices.

Rachel Lindvig earned her Master’s in accounting from Southern New Hampshire University and is also a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida. Rachel came to Rosenfield and Company, PLLC in 2013 through their competitive internship program while completing her Bachelor’s in Accounting at the University of Central Florida. After graduation, she was retained as a full-time staff member of the Attest Services Team. In 2017, Rachel decided to explore a new opportunity in SEC reporting and technical accounting research for a large SEC filer. Rachel’s return to Rosenfield and Co. adds a substantial enhancement to the firm’s bench strength in their SEC practice.
Rachel’s decision to rejoin the firm stems from the importance of having a great work-life balance and continuing to build her career.

Andreas Petrou, CPA earned his Bachelor’s degree in both Finance and Accounting from Rutgers Business School and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey. Before joining Rosenfield, he was a senior accountant for another Public Accounting firm and prior to that, he worked as an accountant in the dealership division for a national firm. Andreas, now part of the firm’s Tax and Dealer Services teams, further reinforces the firm’s bench strength with his expertise in dealership services and the hospitality industry.
Andreas was initially attracted to Rosenfield and Company, PLLC’s culture, team environment, and advanced technology.

Kevin is a New York native, currently residing in the village of Rockville Centre, NY. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Siena College and his Master’s from Baruch’s Zicklin School of Business. Kevin is a licensed CPA in the State of New York and is credentialed in business valuations by the AICPA, along with the Accredited Senior Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers. As a part of the Business Advisory Team in the Consulting arm of the firm, Kevin performs business valuations, including estate and estate planning valuations.
As Rosenfield and Company’s current client base continues to expand, the need for additional staff with specific expertise in the areas of SEC Engagement, Attest and Dealer services, and Estate Planning Purpose Valuations has been long overdue.
