April 22, 2021– Accounting firm Rosenfield and Company, PLLC continues to develop its Consulting practice, now including their latest credentialed members Jason Soman and Karl Schwabauer. The expansion has been much needed as the influx of consulting projects has been rapidly surging. As of April 2021, Jason Soman, CPA/ABV, ASA, CFE, CDFA® has joined the Business Advisory Services team in their Orlando office. Karl Schwabauer, CPA, CFF, CVA also officially began in April 2021 and will be working out of the Texas and California offices.

Jason Soman earned his bachelor’s degrees from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and from Queens College and has completed a certificate program in Advanced Valuation with NYU’s Stern School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of New York, accredited in Business Valuations (ABV), and is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® (CDFA®) professional. Currently, Jason is also pursuing the CFA designation as a Level III candidate.
On his decision to join Rosenfield, Jason was attracted to the firm’s focus on continuous improvement, cutting edge technology, and unique culture.

Karl earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from University of Louisiana at Lafayette and his master’s in business administration from the California State University Dominguez Hills. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas, certified in Financial Forensics by the AICPA, and is a nationally certified Valuation Analyst.
Karl decided to join Rosenfield and Company because the firm culture aligns perfectly with the way he enjoys living and doing business.
